SHIPPING

  • We offer worldwide shipping through DHL Express.

  • You can review the available shipping rates on our shipping and returns page and at the checkout, the shipping costs are calculated automatically.

  • Please note that in certain non-European Union countries, there may be separate duty or customs charges that are not covered by our shipping cost.

  • You can find an estimate of your delivery time on our shipping and returns page. Please note that for preorders it takes more time. In that case, you will be notified with more details.

  • Once your package leaves our studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • If you place two separate orders on the same day, contact our customer care team at sales@costancaentrudo.com, and they will refund one of the shipping fees to avoid paying twice.

RETURNS

  • You must send an e-mail to sales@constancaentrudo.com and on our Return and Exchange Policy you can find step-by-step instructions.

  • Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag).

  • You have 14 days to initiate a return from the date you receive your order.

  • Return fees will be deducted from your refund. Click here to check the return fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • To exchange items, you must initiate a return and place a new order. Email us at sales@constancaentrudo.com for a shipping cost refund that would otherwise apply to your second order.

  • You can include items from different orders in the same return package to avoid paying double return fees. Please inform our customer care team at sales@constancaentrudo.com with all the details of the items and orders numbers.

  • Typically, refunds take 5-7 working days to process once we receive your return in our studio. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

ORDERS

  • We cannot modify orders once placed. However, we can cancel your order for a full refund before shipping. Contact our customer care team at sales@constancaentrudo.com

  • You can place your order via Credit Card or Paypal.

  • Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase. Email sales@constancaentrudo.com for assistance.

  • Delivery times are provided in good faith, but we cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from factors beyond our control, such as customs. For further assistance, please reach out to DHL with your waybill number.

  • Download your commercial invoice from the order confirmation email. For any changes, contact our customer care team at sales@constancaentrudo.com

OTHER

  • We will send you an e-mail with the detailed information about the product, after purchase. Note that mixed orders won't ship until the preordered item's estimated shipping date.

  • We primarily offer limited productions and typically do not restock. However, out-of-stock sizes have a sign-up waitlist option in case they become available again.

  • Refer to the specific measurements on each product's page under the 'Size and Fit' category. Our size guide provides international sizing references and circumference measurements for guidance.

  • Polyester has little demand for care and tolerates most detergents. The flat fibres make polyester dirt- and water-repelling. Polyester is also relatively resistant to sunlight.

  • Despite their appearance, our pieces have undergone rigorous testing for over four years and have proven to be sturdy. They are designed to withstand regular use with only minor cosmetic imperfections over time, such as loose threads or slight alterations.

  • While we are primarily an online project, you can find a selection of our products in selected international multibrand stores, check our ‘Stockists’ page. Additionally, we host pop-up events time to time to connect with our community. Stay updated through social media and newsletters.
